Each day of the week there will be a theme and something will be posted to go along with that theme. The daily theme's will be as follows:
MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY
TWELVE STEP TUESDAY
WORK OUT WEDNESDAY
TIPFUL TALLY UP THURSDAY
FUNNY FRIDAY
SPOTLIGHT SATURDAY
Monday will be something motivational, Tuesday will be in regards to the 12 step program, Wednesday will have work out tips, Thursday will be the posting/tally of the team weight loss stats, Friday will be a funny post (something to remind you that laughter is key in this process) and Saturday will be Spotlight Saturday - a post spotlighting a member of our team for the week.
We were born to succeed, not to fail and as a team we will show the world and ourselves the winners that we are made of!!! We will conquer and manifest the greatest within each of us!!!
